Lead complex global delivery programs within a matrix management environment, ensuring alignment across multiple functional areas and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects by interfacing with global stakeholders to drive execution.
• Navigate complex delivery teams across different functional areas to resolve dependencies.
• Apply Scaled Agile delivery methodologies to streamline program delivery and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate work within a matrix management structure to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in program management.
• Proven background in the financial services industry.
• Experience working with Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage and interface with multiple global stakeholders effectively.
• Experience operating within a matrix management environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Whippany, NJ, with the ability to work from the office twice a week on a prescribed schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Capital Planning, Stress testing, or the Basel III framework.
