You will own the delivery of complex programs using structured management practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management strategies for project delivery.
• Utilize Agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to hit timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams to achieve milestones.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of proven experience in program management delivering complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving to address project challenges.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to mentor project managers.
