Description

Lead complex business, technology, and change programs within a controlled Financial Services environment, owning the delivery of distressed projects and managing execution risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Turn around delivery for distressed projects and mitigate execution risk.
• Influence senior stakeholders to define clear vision, objectives, scope, and plans.
• Run senior governance forums and compile all required materials autonomously.
• Manage program budgets and detailed execution plans.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail regarding RAID logs and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing program budgets and plans.
• Proven track record of managing Business, Tech, and Change teams.
• Deep experience working within Financial Services.
• Experience delivering via Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage and mitigate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Experience turning around distressed or failing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with new product approval initiatives in Financial Services.
