You will lead an agile development team in the design and development of a complex employer account financial system.
Responsibilities
Guide an agile team through the analysis, design, and development of integrated solutions and service architectures.
Lead the design of modules for receivables, fee calculations, remittances, and fund reconciliation.
Mentor staff developers in advanced programming techniques and architectural design patterns.
Design and document database conceptual and logical data models.
Orchestrate system components into end-to-end business processes within a Case Management/Workflow system.
Perform unit and integration testing, resolve defects, and conduct new technology evaluations through POC and POT work.
Required Skills
60 months of experience designing JEE composite applications using SCA, EJBs, and Web Services (SOAP and REST).
60 months of experience with IBM design/development tool stacks, including Rational Application Developer (RAD/IID) or WebSphere Message Broker.
60 months of experience using solution design software like MS Visio to create UML, Service, Activity, and Sequence diagrams.
60 months of experience developing complex relational database queries using ANSI standard SQL and PLS/SQL for Oracle and DB2.
24 months of experience on an agile team developing integrated JEE-based SOA systems.
24 months of experience with JSF development and JavaScript.
24 months of experience with IBM ESD tool stacks, including WebSphere Business Modeler, WebSphere Process Server, or WebSphere Integration Developer using BPEL.
Experience with Hibernate, JMS, and performing composite application integration over an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
