Description

Lead the design, implementation, and support of Lotus Notes Client and Web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, estimation, and business requirements documentation.
• Direct development and testing activities by prioritizing deliverables with the team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical meetings.
• Manage documentation development, user acceptance testing, and team training.
• Provide project status updates and reports to business and systems management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience with Lotus Notes Client and Web applications.
• Strong background in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven ability to lead technical design and implementation processes.
• BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or a foreign equivalent.
