Description

Senior Programmer Analyst providing programming support for case management systems within social or human services agencies.

Responsibilities

• Accept and analyze feature or bug fix assignments within two working days.
• Generate design documents for simple assignments within one day and complex assignments within five days.
• Program and execute unit tests for all feature and bug fix items.
• Create and deliver technical documentation within two weeks of code check-in.
• Communicate development roadblocks to the team within 24 hours of identification.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expert-level experience with Java.
• 5+ years of experience with the CuraM framework.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience providing programming support for case management systems in social service or human services departments.
• Proficiency in Java and Oracle database environments.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Ability to produce technical design documents and system documentation.
