Description

You will lead enterprise software modernization projects, migrating legacy Oracle logic and applications to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and document existing application architecture, data models, and stored procedures.
• Rewrite and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, functions, and triggers for cloud migration.
• Migrate legacy Crystal Reports to a modern reporting platform compatible with AWS.
• Extract, map, validate, and transform data to support ETL and database conversion.
• Analyze and refactor core logic modules, including sentence computation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, views).
• Strong SQL expertise, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with data migration, ETL workflows, and schema transformation.
• Ability to interpret logic from legacy and undocumented code.
• Familiarity with legacy front-end technologies (DHTML, HTML/JavaScript forms).
• Experience with task schedulers for data automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS database and reporting services.
• Knowledge of BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or AWS QuickSight.
