You will design, prototype, and implement software architecture and technical solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include delivering system architecture, software strategies, and quality assurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software using object-oriented, service-oriented, and n-tier architectures.
• Lead the development and execution of the software development lifecycle following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to develop long-term technology strategies and organizational planning.
• Analyze, design, and maintain enterprise-wide systems while participating in project delivery and cost estimation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of post-undergraduate CRM industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with D3NA Customer Engagement and Power Platform technical solutions.
• Minimum 8 years of post-undergraduate experience as a Java code developer.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and EJB.
• Experience with JavaScript and Web Services.
• Competency with Git, Jira, Log4j, and SoapUI.
• Background in Web Development.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lansing, MI, with a minimum of two days per week on site.
• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Lansing, Michigan.
