You will act as a technical expert driving the design and implementation of complex projects for internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
• Support project planning phases and establish technical standards for the team.
• Review technical standards to ensure project timelines and quality remain on track.
• Coach and provide technical direction to other team members.
• Maintain data and hardware security by adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a programmer or analyst.
• Full Life-Cycle Development experience.
• Strong SQL skills with proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM or ERP HRIS.
• Ability to manage technical direction for complex internal projects.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Designer or Oracle Developer experience.
• B.S. in a related field.
