Description

You will act as a Support Specialist for Microsoft applications, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of client/server application suites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, unit test, and implement solutions based on analyzed application requirements and design documents.
• Execute lab environment installations, maintain these environments, and troubleshoot installation issues.
• Diagnose system risks and technical problems to take corrective action and ensure system continuity.
• Identify and implement processes to improve the reliability, efficiency, and availability of the systems environment.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and collaborate with various teams during deployments.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server programming.
• Advanced PowerShell and/or Windows Command Shell scripting.
• Experience with XML.
• Proficiency with BigFix endpoint management for patching multiple operating systems and applications.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills.
• Experience performing development, unit testing, and lab environment management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting the implementation of client/server application suites.
