Description

You will drive the technical roadmap and product architecture for HR and Legal applications.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Design and develop solutions following established technical standards.
  • Mentor project teams and provide technical guidance.
  • Analyze user requirements to define functional specifications.
  • Develop and enhance data warehousing using Informatica and ETL tools.

Required Skills

  • 6 months of professional experience with Java, JEE, Hibernate, Web Services, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience designing technical solutions for ETL workflows.
  • Ability to work with Informatica and ETL tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Business, or Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 months of experience.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.
