Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex application software systems.

You will own the release pipeline and technical direction for .NET applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug new application software or enhance existing programs.
• Conduct research and fact-finding with user communities to define system requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Direct, train, and coordinate the work of junior developers and systems analysts.
• Prepare detailed project feasibility studies, including cost, time estimates, and infrastructure requirements.
• Create complete documentation for new systems, including technical manuals and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and information systems design.
• Extensive knowledge of information systems design principles and new design techniques.
• Proficiency in systems analysis and software project management.
• Deep understanding of application development software tools and programming languages.
• Experience writing detailed technical manuals and system specifications.
• Ability to devise procedures to solve complex problems regarding computer equipment capacity and limitations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, equipment, and operational capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage project phases and establish priorities for complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET framework and C# ecosystem.
• Background in leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff.
