Description

You will design, code, and debug application software programs and enhancements within the agency information technology division.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug new application software while implementing enhancements to existing systems.
• Confer with management and users to define system requirements, scope, objectives, and priorities.
• Prepare detailed project feasibility studies, including cost, time estimates, and infrastructure requirements.
• Direct, train, and coordinate the work of less experienced developers and analysts.
• Conduct system test planning and provide complete documentation for all new or modified software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application systems analysis and programming.
• Extensive knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and SSRS for reporting.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Working knowledge of IIS and GIT.
• Deep understanding of information systems design principles and application development software tools.
• Ability to manage all phases of the application development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as a Team or Project Lead.
