Description

Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design ideas into comprehensive architectural compositions and 3D models.
• Manage client, vendor, and consultant interactions independently while leading project presentations.
• Coordinate building systems integration with MEP and structural engineering consultants.
• Lead the ready check process for construction documents and ensure code and zoning compliance.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and construction administration tasks including site observations and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction materials, and methods.
• Ability to analyze site constraints, zoning issues, and applicable building codes.
• Experience with bidding, permitting, and construction administration.

Preferred Skills

• Lumion, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Suite proficiency.
• Professional licensure.
