Description

Lead the end-to-end development and execution of renewable energy projects, including microgrids, solar PV, energy storage, and EV charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, design, engineering, and permitting processes for solar and storage systems.
• Oversee procurement and construction of renewable energy infrastructure to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, manage risk, and handle change orders while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Secure funding, grants, tax incentives, and rebates, including ITC, SGIP, and Solar for All programs.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and construction teams to optimize project performance and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems and energy storage technologies (ESS).
• Experience with microgrid design and EV charger infrastructure integration.
• Proven track record leading large-scale clean energy projects from concept to completion.
• Experience managing permitting agencies and utility interconnection processes.
• Understanding of financial modeling, PPA structures, and tax incentives.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• NABCEP certification or similar solar energy credentials.
