Description

You will lead complex civil engineering assignments and oversee project lifecycles from design through execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced civil engineering techniques to develop new processes, materials, or methods.
• Manage project phases by planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed work requirements.
• Review staff work for quality assurance and conduct constructability reviews on engineering projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, contract documents, estimates, and project reports.
• Serve as a technical liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or the land development industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with Civil3D and other civil engineering design software.
• Ability to perform engineering design and manual drafting.
• Competency in reading construction plans.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Understanding of business and financial principles within a consulting environment.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
