Description

Manage the full execution lifecycle of industrial manufacturing capital projects worldwide, with values up to $10M.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, specifications, schedules, and investment-grade cost estimates for multi-discipline capital projects.
• Provide project management and oversight for multiple concurrent assignments to drive them to completion.
• Perform or review detailed engineering and coordinate with engineering firms and contractors to resolve design issues.
• Design safe and environmentally compliant equipment and processes, ensuring ergonomics and permit requirements are addressed.
• Mentor lower-level engineers and drive a zero-incident project environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing industry.
• 5 years of project management experience managing projects up to $10M.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments involving heat, noise, heights, and dust.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification, SAP experience, or AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience with PHA, HazOp design reviews, or Lean continuous process improvement.
• Background in fiberglass, glass, or roofing manufacturing.
