Description

Lead technical project and program management for data analytics, cloud environments, and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, success metrics, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex project timelines in enterprise environments.
• Translate complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, issue resolution, and financial status reporting.
• Drive delivery of data architecture, data modeling, and big data analytics projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years leading technical projects or programs in data analytics and cloud environments.
• 10+ years experience leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives.
• 10+ years managing business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects in complex enterprises.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies for planning and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for project plans, charters, and schedules.
• Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and resource planning.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments (compliance, security, data governance).
• PMP, PgMP, PMI ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, or Azure/AWS/GCP certifications.
• 3+ years supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
