Description

Lead engineering activities for medium-complexity Process Automation projects, overseeing design, execution, and site delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including in-house and outsourced staff.
• Act as the design authority for all engineering deliverables across applicable disciplines.
• Ensure engineering development integrates all necessary multidisciplinary information.
• Collaborate on project installation, commissioning, and site activities to resolve engineering errors.
• Work directly with customers to shape solutions, gather feedback, and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in engineering roles.
• Proven experience as an automation engineer.
• Hands-on experience with 800xA, Lubecell, or Syncell.
• Direct experience with DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
• Demonstrated expertise in E2E project execution.
• Strong team management and customer management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, or instrumentation engineering.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in paint, chemical, paper, or lube oil industries.
