Description

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles while serving as a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams on scrum principles and practices.
• Implement change management strategies to communicate project shifts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, and delivery timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to proactively resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Scrum Master responsibilities and facilitating scrum events.
• Experience implementing agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Strong background in change management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical proficiency in Test Management and Scrum.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to address project challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Agile (PMI-ACP) certification.
• Project Management (PMP) certification.
