Description

You will lead the planning, assignment, and execution of four specific technology projects, including Case Management, Legislative and Agenda Management, Mobile Device Management, and Physical Security implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, detailed plans, and schedules using Microsoft Project Online 2019.
• Coordinate project activities across functional areas, including Law, Legislative Management, Procurement, and IT.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide timely reporting to stakeholders and executive management.
• Manage project scope, deliverable requirements, and formal documentation of changes to schedule or scope.
• Execute project closeout procedures and address technical issues through proper escalation paths.

Required Skills

• 7 years of information technology project management experience.
• Mandatory Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, including Kanban.
• Experience with IT system integration and cloud migrations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
• Strong background in requirements definition, process mapping, and design documentation using Adobe and Visio.
• Knowledge of IT operating environments, including Change Control, Application Development, Release Management, and Networks.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar certification.
