Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a single authoritative backlog of benefits issues, including business impact, severity, affected population, integrations, owners, dependencies, target dates, and closure criteria.
Lead cross-functional teams responsible for resolving individual benefits issues.
Establish clear next steps, accountable owners, and target completion dates.
Track commitments through completion, follow up on missed deadlines, address obstacles, and escalate delays.
Maintain shared meeting documentation covering decisions, open questions, assigned actions, responsible individuals, and completion dates.
Develop and maintain integrated stabilization schedules across functional, technical, payroll, finance, and vendor workstreams.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities across participating teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
3+ years of recent relevant project management experience with progressive responsibility.
Eligibility to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience implementing an ERP system or program, particularly Human Capital Management administration.
Prior experience implementing business processes within a government organization.
6+ years of related project management experience coordinating and supporting business processes.
Experience with structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Experience implementing project/program management practices using tools such as Asana, MS Project, and Jira.
PMP or CAPM certification.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3+ Years: Recent and verified project management experience on large-scale projects.
2+ Years: Prior experience implementing an ERP system/program, particularly human capital administration.
6+ Years: Related and verified project management experience coordinating and supporting business processes.
PMP or CAPM Certification: Required
