Description

You will lead IT and data modernization projects, ensuring timely delivery of Vital Records systems using FHIR standards and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources for a portfolio of concurrent initiatives.
• Establish and enforce data quality policies, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status to technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and program records.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize modernization initiatives and align resources.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of project or program management experience in IT environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR standards and APIs for data modernization.
• Proven track record managing 7+ concurrent projects with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in public health, government, or healthcare IT sectors.
• Strong ability to create SOPs, governance models, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for stakeholder management.
