Guide client evaluation and selection of necessary vendor tools and solutions.
Plan, research, and evaluate project management implementations.
Report progress and status updates to executive and senior staff.
Provide strategic recommendations on project management practices to leadership.
Required Skills
8 years of experience managing multiple COTS vendors and projects in large organizations for legacy modernization replacement, including risk/issue documentation and barrier resolution.
8 years of strong analytical skills: researching, synthesizing findings, solving complex problems, and prioritizing effectively.
8 years of expertise mapping business processes, identifying improvements, and facilitating group problem-solving meetings.
Experience setting up and guiding PMLC and SDLC framework processes.
Strong stakeholder engagement ability: building relationships, communicating effectively, and collaborating.
5 years skilled in summarizing, escalating issues, delivering weekly status updates (written/verbal), and leading team meetings.
3 years of vendor management and Agile (Scrum) experience, including feature-driven development tracking.
3 years of experience creating briefing documents, reports, and presentations for senior audiences.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
