You will manage complex projects and vendor relationships across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and oversee multiple vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support clients by managing vendor contracts for fixed-fee arrangements.
• Evaluate and select appropriate vendor tools and solutions.
• Develop and maintain the project management schedule and track vendor performance.
• Report progress and status updates to executive and senior staff.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing multiple COTS vendors and projects for legacy modernization replacement, including risk/issue documentation.
• Expertise in setting up and guiding PMLC and SDLC framework processes.
• Strong analytical skills: researching, synthesizing, and solving complex problems.
• Experience mapping business processes, identifying improvements, and facilitating group problem-solving.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, capable of building relationships and communicating effectively.
• 5+ years summarizing and escalating issues, delivering status updates, and leading team meetings.
• 3+ years of vendor management and Agile (Scrum) experience managing feature-driven development.
• Experience creating briefing documents and presentations for executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
