Description

You will own the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with business, development, QA, and architecture teams to define project goals and success criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for Agile/Scrum execution.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving risks and issues using appropriate tools.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expertise managing gross margins, project cost, P&L, and profitability.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ developers.
• Proficiency with Jira and MS Project.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Familiarity with the insurance domain, regulations, and digital transformation.
• Analytical ability to resolve complex problems and make decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex digital transformation initiatives in regulated industries.
• Advanced stakeholder negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
