Description

You will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for complex initiatives within IT, SaaS, or Healthcare sectors.

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and according to budget constraints. Develop strategic project plans that align with organizational objectives and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while developing contingency plans for potential challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors to manage stakeholder expectations. Drive organizational readiness for change and support the adoption of new systems or processes. Monitor performance using KPIs and prepare detailed reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience in IT, SaaS, or Healthcare.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Expertise in Strategic Planning and Risk Management.
• Proficiency in Change Management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
