Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery and application development lifecycles across multiple accounts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery to ensure timely, within-scope execution and ongoing support.
• Oversee the full application development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Drive digital solution design for marketing technologies and omni-channel customer journeys.
• Implement project management methodologies and tools to maintain efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project outcomes and maintain client relationships.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience in the IT services industry focusing on project delivery and support.
• Expertise in marketing technology solutions including Loyalty and CRM.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, VSTS, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Technical familiarity with Adobe, Unica, Informatica, Python, AWS, and Redshift.
• Experience managing digital content management and reporting workflows.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complex stakeholder requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
