Lead end-to-end PLM implementation projects, ensuring milestones, scope, and timelines are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle PLM implementations, collaborating with system integrators and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet to track progress and resources.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align goals, drive engagement, and manage expectations.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and oversee testing to validate system functionality.
• Partner with Change Management teams to promote adoption and minimize business disruption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing PLM implementation projects.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proven track record of replacing legacy systems (e.g., Andromeda PLM).
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Smartsheet.
• Experience with phased rollout strategies and change management processes.
• Excellent risk management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with executive reporting and progress updates.
