Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare technology or state government projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, training coordination, and rollout communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with legacy system and data conversion.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Idaho state agencies.
• Experience with state Medicaid agencies and MMIS implementations.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and large-scale system implementations
