Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and remove impediments.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress.
• Implement change management processes to control scope changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and report updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in Scrum Master practices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and tracking.
• Experience with PMP and CSM frameworks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
