Description

Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and serve as Scrum Master, removing impediments and ensuring adherence to scrum principles.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Implement change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes and conduct risk assessments.
• Develop mitigation strategies to address project risks and ensure deliverable quality.
• Guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with expertise in Scrum Master practices.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and change management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in agile methodology and applying agile practices in project management.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Waterfall approaches.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams.
• Experience with stakeholder management and excellent problem-solving abilities.
