You will lead complex technical projects and programs across multiple business areas, managing timelines, financials, and risks in a matrixed environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple complex projects and programs while managing scope, timelines, and financials.
• Manage resources in a cross-functional environment and drive resolution for risk and issue escalations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives to support the Product Owner.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communicate progress through metrics and dashboards.
• Liaise with architecture and operations teams to manage system and infrastructure dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing time-sensitive, complex technical projects.
• Extensive experience with standard PM functions including SOW management and finance tracking.
• Proven ability to manage both Agile/Sprint methodologies and traditional Waterfall environments.
• Technical understanding of APIs and software development processes.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to create project metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Lean principles, and technology operations processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project scoping, requirements, and user stories.
