Description

Lead planning, estimation, and delivery of large-scale digital business and engineering transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement optimal team structures, including roles and expertise, to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams to deliver customer experience and engineering solutions.
• Organize team planning sessions to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Guide internal leaders and external senior stakeholders on delivery methods, ceremonies, and protocols.
• Manage engagement commercial metrics including burn rate, revenue, margins, and client outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, and hybrid systems.
• Experience leading teams through digital technology implementations such as cloud, DevOps, and AI/Data platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge of technical environments involving Python, JavaScript, React, Swift, HTML, CSS, and DevOps.
• Experience managing complex project flows and multiple simultaneous tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating on sales proposals by negotiating delivery approaches, team shapes, and cost estimates.
