Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives

• PMP certification

• Expertise in SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Strong experience managing the client‑side of vendor‑led implementations

• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners

• Experience delivering end user technology delivery and IT service desk AI, automation, digital workplace, or service management solutions

• Familiarity with service desk conversational AI platforms

• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience managing proof of concept to pilot to production transitions

• Background in end‑user services, digital workplace, or IT operations programs
