Description

Lead the delivery of complex projects and programs within Technology Business Management, owning the lifecycle from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, IT resources, and cross-functional teams to align on vision and scope.
• Facilitate project financials by reviewing deliverable approvals, verifying invoice accuracy, and managing payment milestones.
• Develop detailed reporting to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Implement standardized processes and best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Advanced knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Expertise in Financial Management, Procurement, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Proficiency with Planview, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Legal.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and complex invoicing processes.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience working within the public sector or government operations.
