Description

Manage large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and sub-projects in Brooklyn, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project status, monitoring, and control for scope, schedule, costs, and quality.
• Manage changes, risks, procurement, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and coordinate system integration vendors and project staff, including consultants.
• Develop testing strategies, test cases, and performance reporting for defects.
• Present regular project status updates to upper management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management, coordination, and administration of large-scale projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Testing/Quality Assurance Project Manager.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) function.
• Knowledge of Project Governance and Resource Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience with Planview or similar project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder and communications management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing teams of 15+ personnel including external consultants.
