Description

Lead large, complex EHR implementation projects involving multiple work streams, vendors, and business partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, revising them to meet changing requirements.
• Lead teams to develop infrastructure requirements and documentation within defined timelines and scope.
• Manage project workflows, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
• Translate complex technical and integration concepts into business and clinical language for diverse stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and manage relationships across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience managing large-scale EHR implementation projects.
• Proficiency with PMP tooling including Jira, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow ITBM.
• Experience using Microsoft Server (Dynamic Scheduling) for project plan development and reporting.
• Proven track record working across clinical, technical, informatics, and advanced analytics teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional matrixed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Direct experience with EHR systems.
