Description

You will lead the development and implementation of projects and programs to meet business process initiatives, product launches, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles by initiating, planning, executing, and controlling efforts to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, cost estimates, and status reports to track key milestones.
• Execute management plans covering scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, and procurement.
• Analyze existing project management methods to drive standardization, simplification, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Ability to translate complex project requirements into actionable objectives and tasks.
• Experience managing project resource allocation and team coordination.
• Skill in conducting regular status meetings and managing prioritization procedures.
• Competency in applying change control procedures and documenting project objectives.
• Ability to manage client expectations and escalate issues or changes as needed.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating communication across operational groups to ensure process compliance.
