Description

You will lead end-to-end project lifecycles and drive operational efficiency through process engineering and performance management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle, establishing governance and managing milestones, risks, and deliverables across internal and external teams.
• Conduct time studies to develop and validate engineered labor standards for core warehouse tasks, documenting Preferred Methods.
• Oversee NextView LMS configuration, including standards loading, map validation, and report customization, coordinating integration with IT.
• Design and deploy performance-based incentive programs, defining qualification criteria and monitoring effectiveness.
• Lead LEAN initiatives (6S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis) to map warehouse layouts using CAD and eliminate process bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, or labor standards.
• Proven leadership in large-scale productivity and performance improvement programs.
• Hands-on experience with Tier 1 LMS platforms (NextView preferred).
• Demonstrated success implementing incentive-based compensation programs in logistics.
• Strong expertise in LEAN methodologies and incentive-driven performance models.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills to translate operational data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working with 3PLs or consulting organizations.
