Description

Lead cross-geographical software development teams to deliver life insurance projects. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 15-20 members across different geographies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, tech leads, and leadership.
• Gather and document requirements using Jira or other online tools.
• Execute Scrum master duties including backlog refinement and managing user stories.
• Drive task completion through proactive management and conflict resolution.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience managing large, distributed teams.
• Proven experience working with Life Insurance clients.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and the definition of done.
• Hands-on experience in a Scrum Master role within software development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Basic technical understanding of SQL, AWS Cloud, and databases.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
