Description

You will manage complex, end-to-end project lifecycles using Safe Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycles from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Guide and coach cross-functional teams through Agile practices and Safe frameworks.
  • Oversee vendor and System Integrator (SI) relationships, including contract management and deliverable alignment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Mandatory Safe Agile certification with hands-on framework implementation.
  • Proficiency with Jira or Jira Align for project tracking.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion/Financials and Tempo.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Insights and Source-to-pay processes.
  • Technical familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and data visualization.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification.
