 Key Responsibilitie

•  Manage full lifecycle software development projects in desktop or enterprise application domain
•  Lead and coach Agile teams using Scrum or hybrid methodologie
•  Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective
•  Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX/UI, product owners, and business stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverable
•  Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and communication plan
•  Maintain project documentation, reports, and metrics to ensure transparency and alignmen
•  Act as a change agent promoting Agile best practices across the organizatio
•  Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and company policies throughout the development lifecycl
•  Identify process improvement areas and actively contribute to continuous delivery cultur

Qualifications & Ski

• 15+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 5–7 years in project management ro
•  Solid experience in managing projects related to desktop application development or related doma
•  Strong command of Scrum, Agile, and hybrid frameworks. Scrum Master or PMP certification is a p
•  Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fi
•  Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practi
•  Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence,
•  Exceptional communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management ski
•  Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environm
