Description

You will lead large-scale IT project delivery and PMO governance within the Healthcare and Behavioral Health domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, including charter development, WBS, and resource planning.
• Track timelines, risks, and dependencies while enforcing PMO governance and managing scope changes.
• Maintain project documentation and track KPIs such as schedule variance and delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like HIPAA and contribute to PMO process improvements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles.
• Strong background in Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or Human Services domains.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, specifically Netsmart myAvatar.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with PMO tools: MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EHR SaaS migrations or system upgrades.
• Exposure to Health Informatics and clinical workflows.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
