Description

You will lead large-scale Adobe Managed Services (AMS) projects, driving planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, and reporting for enterprise-scale AMS initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Adobe teams, and technical delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and resolve issues to maintain client SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and delivery frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions on time.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing projects within Adobe Experience Cloud/AMS environments.
• Strong understanding of Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, Target, Campaign, and Analytics.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) specific operational models.
