Description

Manage multiple application development, deployment, and systems implementation projects from planning through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for complex IT initiatives.
• Lead projects using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, managing tasks, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to prevent delays.
• Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, delivering status reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive Project Management experience in IT software development and systems implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools: Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government agencies, public sector organizations, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve project delivery and operational efficiencies.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications.
