Description

You will manage multiple high-level, complex non-technical and technical projects within healthcare insurance, delivering specified requirements under scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the development life cycle, from feasibility studies and requirements analysis to design, testing, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate and direct project team activities, ensuring all requirements and objectives are clearly documented.
• Interact regularly with management to align project outcomes with business goals and strategic needs.
• Manage resource allocation and obtain external resources required for project completion.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation tools, and template refinements to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of recent experience as a Project Manager.
• Must have Healthcare Insurance Industry experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple high-level, complex non-technical projects.
• Experience managing technical projects within constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with peer mentorship and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to drive process automation and template standardization.
