Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and finalization of projects tied to American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) specifications, focusing on CCM System Investments and Provider Oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage ARPA project plans, defining scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develop, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and required documentation.
• Coordinate project work across the Case Management and Quality Performance Division, Health Information Office, and the Governor’s Office of eHealth Innovation.
• Initiate and manage scope change request documentation for the Health Information Office, Procurement, and Fiscal Agent to execute contract amendments.
• Analyze stakeholder communication processes, develop external communication plans, and devise contingency plans for potential risks.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in database data analysis.
• 4-6 years of proficiency in SQL.
• 4-6 years of experience in integration planning and strategy.
• 4-6 years of demonstrated learning ability.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Project management expertise.

Preferred Skills
