Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Lead Agile teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contract oversight.
• Apply strategic thinking to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP Certification (required).
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight.
• Advanced Agile project planning and execution ability.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience leading application migration or modernization projects.
