Description

You will manage the planning and delivery of multiple initiatives within a program to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex project plans and interdependent roadmaps for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and delivery teams to align execution plans with roadmap priorities.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, facilitating mitigation and escalation discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Design, and Development teams to define and maintain project roadmaps.
• Distill complex technical processes into digestible formats such as diagrams, tables, and keynote presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related project management experience.
• Expertise in Agile Project Management and Scrum Lead/Master disciplines.
• Proven ability in roadmap management and project scenario planning.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating work across development, design, and product groups.
• Ability to translate technical processes and business requirements into clear communications.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple interdependent initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other Project Management/Scrum Lead certifications.
• Familiarity with entertainment workflows.
